With bump-ups on, the best finishers of each lower main earn a place in the next main up. RaceLyx shows who moves up and who gets displaced, and you confirm it.

Before you start

  • Mains with Use bump-ups between mains on (Event Setup, Mains).
  • A lower main saved.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Save the lower main

The bump-up window opens as soon as a lower main is saved.

  2. 2

    Who moves up

Title: "Bump-Up: C Main to B Main". "These drivers earned a place in the next main. Uncheck anyone who should stay put."

  3. 3

    Untick if needed

Skipping leaves the next main exactly as generated.

  4. 4

    Apply

The button shows how many move up, like Apply (2).

Tips

  • Skip leaves the next main exactly as it was generated.
  • Bumped drivers show BUMP-UP in the live table of their new main.
  • Event results place a driver by the highest main they raced.

Troubleshooting

No bump-up appeared.
Bump-ups are off for the event, or that class has only an A Main.
