We are recording this one now. It will play right here when it is ready.

Being on your roster and being entered in tonight's event are two different things. Entries is where drivers go into the event. Only entered drivers are drawn into heats.

Before you start

  • An active event.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Entries

Every tab has the same "Add a driver to this event" panel.

  2. 2

    Search the roster

Already entered drivers show Entered. "Scanner ready" means a scanned driver card goes straight into this box.

  3. 3

    Someone new?

This creates the driver and enters them in one go.

  4. 4

    Name and transponder

The class box is free text. Use the same name as your class so they are drawn into the right heats.

  5. 5

    Add and enter

A toast confirms "Riley Moore added and entered."

  6. 6

    Withdraw a driver

Entered in this event lists everyone in tonight's event. A withdrawn driver stays on your roster.

Tips

  • A barcode scanner works here: scan a driver card and they are found.
  • Withdraw takes a driver out of tonight's event without touching your roster.
  • Add and enter creates the driver and enters them in one step, for a newcomer at the desk.
  • Your plan's driver limit is per event. The roster has no limit.

Troubleshooting

"A name and a transponder are both needed."
Add and enter needs both. Add the car number and class if you have them.
"Could not enter ... Driver limit reached".
Your plan has reached its drivers per event. Remove a no-show, or upgrade.
