Drivers on race day

Use the Event Roster on Drivers to see who is in tonight, take someone out of the race, put everyone in at once, and print driver cards.

During an event, Drivers opens on the Event Roster: everyone entered tonight. The flag on each row puts a driver in or out of the race.

Before you start

Step by step

    Event Roster

    The tabs are Event Roster, All Drivers and Online Sign-ups. Cards and List switch the layout.

    In or out of the race

    A driver out of the race is not drawn into new heats. Their results so far stay.

  3. 3

    Everyone in at once

    Use it after a walk-up rush, then take out the few who went home.

    Print driver cards

    Drivers bring the card back next time. Scanning it finds them at Entries, Driver Check-In and Racer sign-in.

Tips

  • All In Race puts every roster driver in the race.
  • Clear Race takes everyone out, for a fresh start.
  • Print cards makes driver cards with their driver code and barcode, for scanning at check-in.
  • Racer sign-in opens a screen where drivers type their own details.

Troubleshooting

A driver has no flag to add them.
They need a car with a transponder first. Add one from their row.
