Racer sign-in is a simple screen drivers use themselves. A returning driver scans their card or types its code; a new driver fills in a short profile. It saves you typing at a busy door.

Before you start

  • Classes set up.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Racer sign-in

The screen asks a returning driver to scan their card or type the code printed on it.

  2. 2

    First time here?

Returning drivers type the code from their card and press Find me.

  3. 3

    Their details

Said as is for the announcer. The track approves it before it is used.

  4. 4

    Class and transponder

Each class gets its own transponder, just like the Drivers form.

  5. 5

    Save

The "You are all set" screen also shows a QR to link the driver to their own RaceLyx profile.

Tips

  • Turn the screen toward the driver. The big buttons are made for that.
  • A new "Said as" pronunciation is held until you approve it on Drivers, Online Sign-ups.
  • Signing in here adds the driver to your roster. Enter them in the event from Entries.

Troubleshooting

"No driver with that code."
Check the card, or press Start a new profile.
