Driver Check-In tracks who has actually turned up. Drivers can check themselves in on their phone by scanning your QR sign, or you tick them off at the desk.

Before you start

  • An active event (check-in also works without one).

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Driver Check-In

The cards show Checked In Today, Total Registered, Waivers Signed and Pending.

  2. 2

    Check someone in

With Check in and enter in this event ticked (the default), checking in also enters them in tonight's event. Checked In shows how they checked in: Desk, Local or Cloud, and whether the waiver and fee are done.

  3. 3

    Transponder Test

Handy when a driver says their transponder is not counting.

  4. 4

    Check-in QR sign

Local check-in works on your Wi-Fi. Public check-in works from anywhere over the internet.

  5. 5

    Waiver and fee

Options: Require Waiver Agreement, Show Payment Link and Public Check-In. Save Configuration when done.

Tips

  • Print Check-In Sign puts both QR codes on one page: local Wi-Fi and public internet.
  • Transponder Test shows live reads, so a driver can check their transponder before their heat.
  • Require Waiver Agreement makes drivers agree to your waiver when they check in.

Troubleshooting

Online check-ins are missing.
Press Sync to pull online check-ins from RaceLyx Cloud.
A checked-in driver is not in the heats.
Check in and enter in this event was off when they checked in. Enter them on Entries, then redraw or edit the heats.
