Most clubs take entry fees at the desk. Set the fee once and RaceLyx adds a paid toggle to every driver. The event hub and the heat preview warn you about anyone unpaid.

Before you start

  • An active event.
  • For the Paid column on Drivers, the Payment Collection module on (Settings, Features).

Step by step

  1. 1

    Set the fee

Entry Fee ($). Show Payment Link shows a payment link on the check-in page if you use one.

  2. 2

    Mark drivers paid

Mark as paid records the entry fee in Financials, paid by cash unless you change it there. The header counts how many have paid.

  3. 3

    Who still owes

"N unpaid racers" and "X of Y paid".

  4. 4

    Warnings before a heat

    "N racers unpaid".

Tips

  • Set the fee in Driver Check-In, Configuration, or in Pre-Registration for online entries.
  • Member and non-member fees live in Members, Settings.
  • The event hub shows "N unpaid racers" with a Review button.

Troubleshooting

There is no paid toggle.
No fee is set anywhere yet, or Payment Collection is off in Features.
Marking paid did not add money in Financials.
With no entry fee set, nothing is recorded. Set the fee first.
