Financials adds up the money side of the club: entry fees, membership dues, transponder deposits, other income and expenses. It needs the Club plan.

Before you start

Step by step

    Open Financials

    Revenue summaries, entry fees, membership dues and expense tracking.

  2. 2

    Pick a period

    The cards show Total Revenue, Entry Fees, Membership Dues, Total Expenses and Net Profit.

  3. 3

    Overview

    Current Event Payment Status shows Paid, Unpaid and Outstanding.

  4. 4

    By Event

    Click an event to see its transactions.

Tips

  • This Event shows just tonight, revenue and expenses. This Month, This Year, All Time and Custom cover longer periods.
  • Everything is saved on this computer; the header says so.
  • Current Event Payment Status shows paid, unpaid and collection progress.
  • By Event breaks the season down per event.

Troubleshooting

An expense is missing from This Event.
Give the expense an Event when you add it, so the event view counts it.
