Big events post results as provisional first, so drivers have time to protest. Once protests are dealt with, make them official. Official results are locked: no penalties and no deleting.

Before you start

  • A saved session.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the session

The Official Results panel is above the table.

  2. 2

    Publish Provisional

The status badge shows provisional with the time left.

  3. 3

    File a protest

Reason, for example illegal cut or contact. Evidence notes are optional.

  4. 4

    Publish Official

"Results are locked as official. Penalties and deletion are blocked." Re-open official results undoes it with a reason.

Tips

  • Set Protest window (min) before you publish provisional.
  • Publish Official waits until every protest is resolved.
  • Re-open official results asks why. The reason goes on the audit log.

Troubleshooting

Publish Official is greyed out.
A protest is still open. Resolve all protests first.
