Save the heat and go to the next

Save a finished heat with Save & Next Heat so it goes to Results and the next heat is ready, or Reset to throw it away.

A finished heat is not saved until you say so. Save & Next Heat writes the result to Results, publishes it if cloud publishing is on, and moves to the next heat.

Before you start

  • A heat finished.

Step by step

    A finished heat

    Fix anything first with penalties or Edit Laps.

    Save & Next Heat

    If cloud publishing is on, the result goes to your public page too.

  3. 3

    Or Reset

    "Reset without saving?" clears its laps and finishing order.

Tips

  • Ctrl+S saves and moves on.
  • The last heat's button reads Save & Finish.
  • After saving, a provisional banner counts down the protest window, with Make Official.
  • Reset throws the heat away; RaceLyx asks first.
  • With Auto-Start Delay set, the next heat counts down and starts by itself.

Troubleshooting

"These results were not saved".
Something went wrong writing them. Choose Keep these results and continue to try again, or Stay on this session.
