We are recording this one now. It will play right here when it is ready.

A Stage Rally runs several stages and the fastest total time wins. You can hand-time it with the start/stop button, or build a gate course where each section between gates is a stage.

Before you start

  • Classes and drivers set up.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Rally Race Settings

Stage Rally: multi-stage, total time scoring.

  2. 2

    Hand timing

Each stage is started and finished with the button, one car at a time.

  3. 3

    Stages

Untick Timed for a stage that should not count.

  4. 4

    Running clock

When ticked, Driver Interval, Start Window and Warning Period appear. A car not away within the start window is marked DNS.

  5. 5

    Review and Apply

In Rally Control the start button reads Start 3-Stage Rally.

Tips

  • Untick Timed on a stage to make it a transit or shakedown that does not count.
  • Running clock is off by default: you call each car to the line yourself (Stage Next, N, or the race button).
  • Tick Running clock to send cars at a fixed Driver Interval, with a DNS for a car not away within the Start Window.

Troubleshooting

Cars were sent up and marked DNS.
Running clock is on with a short Start Window. Untick it, or lengthen Start Window.
