Collect membership dues

Renew a member when they pay their dues: set the new expiry and amount, and it lands in Financials. Club plan.

When a member pays their dues, renew them. RaceLyx moves their expiry date on and records the payment as membership dues in Financials.

Before you start

  • Club plan.
  • Annual Dues set in Members, Settings.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Members

    Renewals Due shows who is about to expire.

  2. 2

    Renew a member

    Renew membership opens with the new expiry date filled in.

  3. 3

    Amount, paid by and note

    New Expiry Date, Amount Paid ($), Paid by (Cash, Card, Online or Other) and Note (optional).

  4. 4

    Save Renewal

    They show as Membership Dues.

Tips

  • The renewal amount is pre-filled with your Annual Dues.
  • Paid by records cash, card, online or other, so the report can split them.
  • Renewals Due lists everyone expiring in the next 30 days.
  • Renew All Selected renews several members at once.

Troubleshooting

The dues do not show in Financials.
Check the period filter in Financials covers the renewal date.
