  • Club plan (or a trial).
  • Drivers on your roster.

Step by step

The cards at the top show Active Members, Expired or Lapsed, those expiring soon, and dues revenue this year.

  2. 2

    Set your dues

Annual Dues is what members pay each year. Member Entry Fee and Non-Member Entry Fee are race-day prices. Renewal Reminder Window is how many days ahead to warn.

  3. 3

    Add a member

You can pick someone already on your driver list, or type a name by hand.

  4. 4

    Pick the driver

Member Number is assigned for you if left blank. Email, phone, emergency contact and transponder are optional but handy.

  5. 5

    Save the member

The member appears in the list with a status badge: Active, Expiring Soon, Expired or Pending. The renew button records a payment when they pay.
