You can set an event up days ahead. Give it a future date and Event Setup saves it as scheduled instead of starting it. On the day, RaceLyx asks if you want to start it.

Step by step

Start a new event
Everything is the same as a normal event until the date.

Pick a future date
Start Time and End Time are used on the agenda and the public page.

Finish the steps
You can come back and change any of it before the day.

Schedule Event
The event is saved and you land on Events, where it is listed under Upcoming Events.

Find it under Upcoming
Start makes it the active event. The bin deletes a scheduled event you no longer need.
Tips
- When an event is scheduled for today, RaceLyx shows "Event Scheduled Today" with a Start button.
- Scheduled events publish to your public page so drivers can see what is coming up.
- New Event offers Start from Template? if you have saved templates.
Troubleshooting
- A warning says another event is on that date.
- That is just a heads-up. Two events on one day is allowed.
